ASCD Prek/k Conference 2020

[Make sure to catch the date for the Facebook Live and Giveaway at the end of this post!]

I had a BLAST attending the ASCD conference. I met so many AMAZING teachers! I was lucky enough to have a booth and be able to present!

Upon arriving in IL, I picked up my presenter and exhibitor packets. Then, we got straight to setting up our booth!

It came together so cute! This was my very 1st booth at a conference.

Watch the Youtube video to take a closer look at the table! I showcased my leprechaun rocks and blending mats. I had pre-made items for sale (Printed/Laminated/cut out)! Since it was in March, I decided to include St. Patrick’s Day activities and centers.

You will notice a sign on the table for a chance to WIN a FREE pre-made item or anchor chart… Make sure you enter! Find out more at the end of this blog!

After setting up the booth, I had to see my room! Prosperity was the name and as you can see I was pretty excited!

I presented about Anchor Charts and how I made them more effective for my classroom. I gave tips on ways to cut down on prep time and tricks to keep your students engaged!

Here is the link to download the PowerPoint from my class for those who might have missed the class or want a copy to look back for ideas.

All attendees walked away with a FREE Blends Anchor chart and blend cards laminated! Included in the bag was velcro to attach to the chart and cards.

You can purchase this chart as a hard good in my shop here >>>

Or you can get it on TPT and make it yourself here >>>

At my booth, I had a giveaway for anyone who could guess how many coins I had in my container. BUT, I want to give you a chance to win too!

I will be picking 3 winners from those who stopped at my booth and 2 winners from Youtube! All you have to do is click over to Youtube and comment with your guess!
