Alphabet Play-doh Mats – Hands-on Alphabet Literacy Center!



Are you looking for an independent Alphabet center? One that practices letter formation, identification, letter sounds, and builds fine motor ALL in ONE center?

This is an easy prep literacy station for kids and they will LOVE this center!

Directions: Print and laminate these playdough mats. You could also use sheet protectors as well.

Each mat includes capital and lowercase letters.

Common Core Connection:
RF.K.1d Recognize and name all upper- and lowercase letters of the alphabet.
RF.K.3a Demonstrate basic knowledge of one to one letter sounds correspondences by producing the primary sound for each consonant.
RF.K. 3b Associate the short and long vowel sounds for the five major vowels.
