I Spy Subitizing and Numbers 1-20 Math Center – Valentine’s Day Edition

Are you looking for an engaging way to practice the Numbers, Counting, and Subitizing in Math centers? Need an independent center? Hands-on and easy prep?

There are 40 cards with Valentine’s Day themed pictures. Hidden in the pictures are small numbers 1-20. The students will use magnifying glasses to “spy” the numbers. They will use expo markers to circle them and then check off the ones they find. Once they found all on the card, they erase their check marks and circle. This center can be used again and again!

The cards include dominoes, tally marks, fingers, and ten frames with numbers up to 20.

Also included is “I can” Poster to explain directions for this Math center.
